I am just hoping you guys were honest with us after we bought your tea, then my grandson brought his 4yr old brother to use the... washroom. We noticed them waiting and enter to ask and your staff said someone was in there. The poor kid waited and no one cameout. Hadtto take him outside cuz he was almost peeing himself. I ordered 4 winter melon tea with my wife and children at 10:09pm. the girl handed us 4 orders of winter melon but they added... lemon which we didn?t order. my wife returned the order and they replaced it with drinks filled with so much ice that we didn?thave that much to drink. furthermore, i ordered 19 drinks in total so i asked the lady to check so that i can get the freedrink but she told my wife to pay first so that she can check. i asked to get the free drink but she told me i have to orderagain to get the freebie. i am so disappointed with my experience. Coco has the BEST brown sugar pearl milk tea. Its always sold out so I get an iced tea :( Employees are sweet:)
