Great food and friendly staff. However, watch out for a stubby lady who asks for cash or change. She comes multiple times a day... refusing to use her debit and asks customers for change. Just went through the drive thru. Asked for ketchup and mayo for fries amd 2 apple pie. Only gave 1 pie and no mayo no ketchup... amd no sauce for sweet potato fries. When I called I was brushed off! Epic fail Read more
Went tonight to pick up dinner, ordered an uncle mushroom burger meal and a 3 strips meal, and was literally the worst... experience here I?ve ever had. So I walk home with my food and drinks and open the bag to see a box and a burger with lettuce,so I know it?s not mine and go back. I understand that mistakes happen! I work at a place with drive thru and get that thingsget mixed up, but what I don?t get is giving me the wrong size burger (very obviously not an uncle patty) after asking me 5TIMES to clarify, and forgetting the chicken strips and having to chase me outside to give them to me. Seeing as how it?s been45 minutes since I first left, and too late for me to eat at this point, my mom went back for me. When she got there sheexplained that I had already been back, showed that the burger was the wrong size and explained she had the same burger lastweek, the supervisor that had chased after me before touched the burger to check and told my mom she was wrong. She then toldher they wouldn?t make her a new one and didn?t even offer a refund. My mom obviously threw it out since she couldn?t eat it asit was touched, and I?m out $15 because the onion rings were cold by the time she got back. And the drinks were flat. Read more
The food was great and tasty, drinks were cold and the place was clean and tidy even the washroom. The staff was friendly and... helpful you can dine in, takeout and have it delivered or go threw the drive threw. They are handicap accessible as well. Read more
I went to this location because of 24 hours drive thru at 1 am on August 18, the lady working was really nice, she was so busy... but still acknowledged us without rushing and didn?t pass any work stress to customers which is very rare to see when you areshort staffed. Fast food and nice people. We were disappointed that there's no beyond chicken nuggets... He said they were only for a limited... time and might bring them back next year again????. But beyond burgers still available, so at least we were able to eat. Pleasebring back veggie nuggets!!! Read more
The Plant Based Beyond Meat Veggie Burgers are the BEST!!! Makes my tastebuds jump for joy. Fries whether the regular or sweet... potato are always fresh. Anytime I order the food in the bag looks perfect and nothing messy. A&W on Harwood is the place to go.I recommend. Read more
