Their ice cream, shakes and malts are always on point. However, I no longer eat any food from here because it makes me sick... every time. The zips in Cheney is still amazing and I don't get sick after eating there. The hours are also not very transparent(I am a lot less concerned about this because everywhere is having trouble getting and keeping employees). There was a serious mistake with our order. We brought it to the counter for them to fix and they went above and beyond to fix... the mistake. Apologizing profusely, giving us certificates for free meals and remaking our food (in even larger portions than weoriginally ordered with an extra side of fresh cooked fries!) They informed us that the majority of the staff was new exceptfor two gals who were trying they?re best to keep things together. I really want to give them a shout out for very solid servicetoday. Definitely worth it! This was my first time coming here and I was amazed at the quality of service, the food and the location... itself! The employees here were quick to help and were extremely professional and friendly. The food was simply delicious and Iplan on coming back to try something different. We had the Cod and Fries, French Dip and Onion Rings and Kids Chicken Meal. Allwere delicious! Read more
The fries were perfect the burgers too! The staff were delightful and happy. The place was very clean. The Manager, in front... was training the newest staff person, right behind her and you could tell the work atmosphere was very well looked after. Itsyand Droop loved the place. We will go back. Expensive! Bathroom was in need of cleaning. Bathroom door had sign that said 'keep your drugs out of here kids use this... bathroom!'. I'd say it was a bad neighborhood too. Read more
