Ordered on the app and I got there a couple minutes late. I told them I had a to go order and they hadn?t even started it. They... told me it would be about 7 minutes. I watched for 10 minutes as they continued to pass up my order. Then I finally got my food15 minutes after I got there. After I got home we opened our meals and there was a ridiculously small amount of food on theplate! I could have looked past the horrible service if they at least put a normal food or maybe even added some extra food forthe inconvenience but no they skimped us! It was crazy busy tonight, but the staff at this Panda Express went out of their way to make it happen. I had to wait a little... longer than I'd usually like, but the staff were all very friendly, and were running around so frantically that I don't knowwhat they could have done differently. Safety is obviously a priority, as I saw one of the staff members checking food tempsamongst the bustle. The manager even gave me a drink for my wait, which also made my wait easier. I will certainly be back, andnot just because this is my local Panda! ???? Read more
This place is a joke man, waiting 28 minutes for food cause there out. Like last time I checked, you should be ready for dinner... rush. Nor having car's back up for day's lol meaning of fast food is quickness. Read more
This was the most friendly staff I have encountered at any Panda Express. They really impressed me with their kind spirits, and... how they were continually keeping the store clean. The food was fresh and delicious! Read more
Just wondering how often the workers are required to change their gloves? The cooks not wearing gloves touching their hair... touching the food, touching face their clothing. Oh wait.. the best part watched a worker, take out the garbage come backinside .. DID NOT, I REPEAT DID NOT, WASH HIS HANDS NOR CHANGE HIS GLOVES AND WENT BACK TO SERVING. Read more
Once again lobby closed, only drive through open at 8:45pm. They are supposed to be open until 9:30pm. Also we were only given... a choice of 2 different entree's (as opposed to the entire menu!!). Was on a lunch break and decided to stop by this panda express because I heard they had beyond meat as their orange chicken. We... received a friendly greeting upon walking in and quickly took our order for dining. I ordered the two entrée plate and got thebeyond orange chicken and The shrimp with a huge portion of fried rice. I was anxious to try the chicken as a vegetarian, and itdidn?t disappoint. It had the same type of flavor as their original orange chicken but of course with a little bit differenttexture. It was cooked perfectly were it wasn?t That far off with the consistency. Although I?m not sure what the calorie countwas on that versus the original one but it was worth the visit. Read more
