Poor experience on my recent visit. I ordered my food online at 1726hrs and had to wait until 1832hrs to finally get it cold... and poorly put together. I usually have a decent experience but this was the most unbearable visit I ever had at McDonalds. Read more
We went out around 11pm in search of the aurora borealis and decided to stop at McDonald's for some snacks. The staff were... obviously at the end of their shift and seemingly tired but were kind and courteous and gave us hot fresh food with a smile.McDonald's itself is timeless and you always know what you're getting no matter what location you go to in any city and state.This McDonald's late night staff were wonderful. Multiple times I've gone to this McDonalds and got the wrong order. I'm not in the habit of checking the bag, but I started.... I'll order a Big Mac meal and get a single cheeseburger and a drink. That's not even a meal option. The burger even has blackink on it somehow. It has happened so often that it lead me to just call them this last time. I've never done that for anythingin my life before. I couldn't fix it as I just stopped by after work and live 30 mins away, but at least it was cathartic in asense. Read more
