I really only order one sandwich, the #7 which is the best sandwhich, in my opinion, you can buy to go or eat in. The hours are... a bit early to close and there have been a few times when the drive through was abnormally slow or closed during normal businesshours. Read more
Excellent presentation and Service. This location is right off HWY 2 in Airway Heights. Very quick transactions and courteous... staff. The Manager runs a real "tight ship" and will make your order right should there be a mistake. Delivery is available tomost Airway Heights neighborhoods. Avoid peak meal hours for best delivery experience. Bread is always fresh, as are theingredients. Conveniently located near shopping centers and both Casinos in town. Bank, groceries store and pawn shop withinwalking distance. I would recommend this as a place friendly to families with children. This specific location is always reallyclean and the presentation is at its best. Read more

The sandwiches are great but service is horrible. How is an hour wait "freaky fast"? This has been the norm for months now. And... please don't tell me to reach out to anyone. This review is about service. The food is always delicious when prepared as requested. We did a curbside pick up with the... order in at 2:03 pm, no one brought our sandwiches out to us after waiting curbside. We went through drive through, theyeventually handed us three out of four sandwiches. Literally all 3 sandwiches were wrong and the 4th one was missing entirely. Though 4 people were standing around stocking chips only one person worked freaky slow on our sandwiches. When we expressedthat we were frustrated they told me how slammed they were (because everyone knows 2pm is a really busy lunch hour) while twopeople were still stocking chips and no one was in the store and one person in drive through. We received the correctsandwiches at 2:39 pm. 36 minutes? No attempt to make it right?An ?I apologize, we messed up,? goes a really long way. Thisis the 3rd bad experience I have had at this Jimmy Johns. At least it will be my last experience. Read more
Every time I order sandwich I ask for avocado spread which is $.99 , every time I dont get it on my sandwich ! I have told them... before they keep forgetting to put it on and each time they assure me they will put it on, but guess what its not there eachtime. Im so done with airway heights Jimmy johns !
