Drove here on Friday night at 7pm and the place was closed! Online it says they?re open until 11pm. No sign on the door, just... totally closed down. What?s up with that!? Read more
Drive thru cashier sent me to the front to wait on fries that he "forgot to drop." There was no one inside and no one behind me.... While I was waiting, another vehicle was also sent around to wait. I asked that customer about it and he said, yeah, somethingwasn't ready. When I finally got my order, it still didn't include the ketchup and salt that I'd specifically requested... andthey think they deserve $15/hr? They can't remember to do their job, but they sure will take the time they need for a smokebreak... unacceptable! Read more

Horrible service, unclean lobby and bathrooms, and a total lack of care from the employees. Most of the options on the soda... fountains were out of order as well. For a good stretch of time there was no sight of an employee at the register or kitchen.Customers entered and would ask our family where the employees were and concerned about burgers on the grill and no oneattending to them. A regretful choice for a meal tonight. You know the bathrooms must be real bad if you have a 7 year oldasking if they have a port a potty instead. Yikes!!!!! Read more
