Used bathroom at this place then I was having loud knocking at the door saying that I am using bathroom 15min by Alisa that... works there , I wasn?t aware that they timing bathroom brake at this location. Place was empty evening at around 8:30pm I thinkthere is no need to bang on the door 5 loud times and tell someone they are using bathroom 15min . Are they actually timing this??? Its insane ? People have issues but to time someone it?s harassment?! ???? Read more
Save your time do not come at this location. Rude server and missed up for simple orders. There was this lady server has... attitudes issue mad looking face if she doesn't like her job go somewhere else. Don't take that attitude to customers. ( serverwhite,skinny) Do not use the washroom as it was like never clean for years. Read more

Mens washroom needed some major cleaning. The urinal was not working and a sign saying to use the toilet. It looked like it had... not been cleaned in quite some time. Used toilet paper was piled up in the corner and smelt quite bad. I did not use the restroom except to wash my hands. I waited almost 5 minutes before a gentleman asked if I placed had placed an order yet. There wereonly 2 other customers inside already sitting and having a snack so obviously it wasn't that busy inside and being the ordertaker for customers inside he should have known I hadn't placed an order yet. 1med coffee and 1 large tea almost took 5 minutesto get. Drive through only had a couple of of vehicles so the service and cleanliness diffenitly needs attention. Read more

We have been here a quite a few times. No one understands us through the speaker in the drive-thru. Staff at the window are... always unfriendly. Also unfriendly through the speaker. Will spend our money at other Tim?s in town from now on. Read more

This is twice this week I?ve been here. It needs a good clean. There are at least four workers back there and nobody has cleaned... anything out here. It is so quiet, don?t know where the mess came from as it was like this when I came in. Tables benches andfloors are dirty but they can sure visit back there. Read more
