Honestly, it's so upsetting that they rush their customers while taking their orders and ends up missing items. Please listen to... what your customers are saying so you don't make that mistake again. This is my 3rd time missing items and I don't usuallycomplain however, this was the last straw. I only drink americanos as apposed to coffee as I like the robust strength and flavour and most tim Hortons in the city... struggles to make a good one. I just spent a few days in Cochrane and the weekend before that in drumheller and I never gotserved a single bad one they were all just right as they should be. This manager at this specific location was rude I explainedI get one nearly every day so I'm familiar with how they are supposed to be and she said it's because I get 3 cream, obviously Ialways get 3 cream as that's clearly my preference so I'd be familiar with a good one. "I'm the manager I made it right" wellI'm the customer and I'm not trying to be difficult only honest. I then had to purchase an espresso shot so it didn't taste likecream and hot water. I also frequent the Tim's in Mackenzie Towne and they always serve a good one as well so I don't know ifthe machines need cleaning the training is off or if Airdrie locations all serve a medium in a large cup to save time and money.I asked another location that does it right in Mackenzie Towne and they said there is a different button for every size howevermost Tim's in this city claim the medium has the same amount of shots as the large. Online sources show different caffeineamounts so the logic doesn't line up. Why can other communities consistently do it right? While this entire city is so hit ormiss and honestly usually a miss. Like most Timmies, you have to remember the staff are of various levels of experience, age and some days you will get great... service and others not quite. This one, ended reminding what was ordered and what was served and got the grunt..... Though theguy who cleans the tables etc makes this place actually nice because it is cleaned regularly Read more
This is a good place to spend few mins , I had to do some work and I need to use the laptop, staff were helpful. I drink coffee... with Oat Milk and honey- honestly this is far better than drinking other places plus paying $2.50 more? Appreciate the TimHorton's serving non diary products. This Tim Hortons is the biggest one in Airdrie, it is also the newest. They have excellent staff who are pleasant and quick. It... has NEVER been dirty inside and there's plenty of seating (see my photos). There is a small leather seat area with three seats,a table, and a fireplace. The washrooms are usually clean. Tried to use their scan and pay and they ended up charging me twice. Kept saying it wasn't working even though I showed them... that it charged me on my bank account. Said I would have to come back and speak with their manager... poor service and rude. Read more
