Team has difficulty with preparing bagels, pretty simple toast it and spread some butter on it. Have thrown out as many as I've ... eaten, management needs to train staff on preparing food with some sort of level of quality instead of focusing on how many carscan we pump through per hour; I finally give up...won't be back again, good luck, hopefully this helps get something changed butreading other reviews on food quality leads me to believe that management at this location doesn't really care. I've been ordering Café Mocha since I was in high school and this is the only location that never puts any cream on top. ... Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons surpassing the one off McKnight in NE Calgary as when I called to tell them they had the nerveto argue with me. Absolutely the worst customer service. Lowest rated Tim Hortons, I wonder why??? Headquarters needs to do do inspection at this location ... Someone please explain to... management what toasted means. This is how bagels, English muffins or anything you ask to be be toasted for minimum 30 secondslooks like. Hold up drive thru and triple check your order before leaving!! I dread ordering anything other than coffee becausemy order is NEVER right and always rushed. Fairly good but sometimes the orders get messed up due to speed.. Customer service is really poor. Quality of food very low..... and almost always takes an eternity to get your order. Also saw flies crawling on their donuts in the display.. so buyerbeware. *update.. Just tried here again to see if it's improved.. Bagel I got appears to be moldy?? *latest update: thereusually seems to be 1 or 2 people 'working' who just aimlessly wander around the back getting in peoples way.. and not helpingat all. Negative infinity stars... 2/28/19 5:45 am; we ordered 2 medium black coffees 1 sugar, got plain black coffees; with 2 bacon... sausage belts no cheese, got a sausage belt with cheese and veggies on the side! Absurdly ridiculous service; whats next? FoodPoisoning AGAIN NOT FULL.. Dont pay $3.50 for part of a product! Complaining to corporate & BBB! Absolutely the worstlocation... Slower than molasses, orders are always wrong on a black one sugar coffee! Staff are usually speak in a non Canadiandialect, often speaking it to customers as if we?re supposed to understand them.
