I've stopped at this Tim Horton's location 3 times over the past several years and every time is just as disappointing as the... last. The staff are so slow, if you don't order ahead on the app or on the digital board in the store, the counter service isterribly slow. Staff are behind the counter, they just don't seem interested in serving customers in line. The place was fairlyclean overall but the bathrooms were filthy. I don't recommend you stop here and will avoid it in the future. Read more
Coffee with friends. Tim's is always good but very busy. We did get a table for the 6 of us. Good parking and good location.
Went there with the family. Adult orders were easy. Kids orders were difficult, why don't they have a kids menu on the display?... Finally the person taking the order told us what they have for kids drinks! Read more
Waited in line while staffer assisted a customer in using their app. When finally served, staffer mis entered order and... overcharged. A refund (manager involvement required) was processed and the order restarted. In the middle of taking the order the staffer was distracted by the previous customer with the app issue. This got way more complicated, and beyond the staffer'sskill set. We left, and got super service at Subway down the road. 5 Stars for Subway, 1 for TH. Read more

Terrible! Completely inept. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Unless you don't care about have your order made properly or hot. They can't get... orders right at all, three different times, three different shifts, three different employees, all the same problem. They don'tlisten or don't care, not sure which. All they care about are numbers and the drive thru. They have one employee working thecounter trying to handle everything and they got six people working the drive thru, just shut down the counter and make only adrive thru if that's where your focus is. Now home, waiting to enjoy my now cold meal, and guess what, WRONG AGAIN. What asurprise. Pathetic. Read more
