Tim Hortons has become disgusting to me and all I know. You don't even get a quarter for a bun with your soup, as to which you... got a full bun. The soups taste different and are more od a watery soup. We will no longer be wasting our money at Tim's.McDonald's coffee is now the best! Read more

Oct 6 around 11.40 pm I went to Drive through asked the person for steep tea after couple of tries of explaining what I want I... went to the window. Gentle man came out strong on me that I was being rude. Strictly unprofessional for tim hortons to havepeople on order taking when they can't understand basic english. And get frustrates on people for not understanding. I use toget my breakfast and evening tea from this location but I will go elsewhere. Read more
Anytime you visit this location expect to waiting for longer than necessary. The staff are very unorganized and eager to help... the drive thru customers before the patrons inside, even if the lineup inside is going out the front door. I started doingmobile ordering so I can go in and out , I recommend this to anyone hoping to just stop in quick for a quick coffee. It usuallyworks well, but lately it?s even a 10-15 minute wait and upwards. Normally the wait isn?t a issue but while I am at work and onthe clock , my break is consumed just grabbing a coffee from across the street. Bummer.. Read more
One of the staff didn't scan my Tim's rewards card before completing the sale. She then said she couldn't scan it because the... sale was complete. This was a $50 plus sale so very frustrating. I even asked to talk to the manager and the lady who messed upsaid she would ask the manager herself . She came back and said there was still nothing that can be done. I asked anotherworker (A Filipina) if it could be fixed and she fixed it asap. Sorry guys, but just about every time I come here which is not as often anymore is because you run out of items I came for. ... It's irritating becauseI'm not even sure to drive up or not? I do like the darkest blend and the bread and soups. However, thedonuts are made with the worst flour as if I'm shopping at a low income store. Same goes for all the muffins. I do like thepastries at Good Earth or (Great Harvest Bread store, not here in Canada) So, I end up making my own ...I suppose if youaren't aware of better... that you'd except those as a pastrie.
