0 star is what they get. Very disappointing! I use to go there for a treat but this weekend the service was awful. I ordered a... Caffe Americano (2 Shots Signature Espresso Roast) which taste nothing like coffee at all. Plus my regular Caffe latte was thesame thing. No taste at all! We noticed way too many baristas at this location and it's not even a busy place. Lots of chitchat. May be you can focus more on what you're doing instead of chatting. Read more

Will NOT be going here again. I'm lactose intolerant, ordered an oat base latte. Asked the barista to confirm it's oat milk... because from my vantage point, regular milk was being handled. He looked me dead in the eyes and said yes, oat base. Seeing asI'm sitting on the crapper writing this, disgusting, I know, I am sure it was not oat milk. So yeah, not going to be going hereagain. I went last Thursday (I think) and had great service all around. The lemon loaf bread felt like a lemon party in my mouth. The... guy working, Aaron, not only went above and beyond, but showed great care with what he was doing. I feel great customer servicewill always be his finest point.
