so many options for toppings, staff is great, they even have gluten free options. But not many ice cream flavors ???? only about... 5 different flavours and most of the machines are empty... but other than that it's a good place. Read more

The frozen yogurt was alright, but you?re not just paying for the food that you are buying, you are also paying for the weight... of the cup as well. They do not zero the scale for the cups. $31 for 3 cups is ridiculous. Read more

It's a wonderful place for varieties of frogurt (yogurt based flavoured icecreams) with lots of topping options like dry, fresh... and liquid. They also have different bubble tea, smoothies, shakes. It is neat and clean with good sitting environment. Staffis well mannered. Must try once. Read more

Went in nobody was there for like 5 minutes, half of the ice cream machines were out of order. Owner was very rude and... impatient worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The card machine apparently wasn't working properly took mymoney and made me pay with cash and wouldn't give me a refund on my car even had the bank statements to prove it . I used to love menchies but hadn't been there in a while. I went the other day for a treat, got 2 regular-sized servings and the... total was nearly $19! I was gobsmacked. After retrying the product, I was also disappointed in the quality. It is nowhere nearas good as it used to be and far too expensive! I will not be returning. Read more
