This location is literal garbage. Every time I go here something is missing/wrong/messed up. This most recent time my smoothie... was not even close to full. Do yourself a favor and drive to one of the other locations in Airdrie. Read more

Incredibly consistent? at getting orders wrong. I always order extra pickles, mustard and onions and I have not once received... the correct order. It?s almost a meme at this point. We went in today & was pleasantly surprised with our experience. I came in with 2 kids very visibly with my hands full.... Immediately someone greeted my daughter (3), got down on her level and gave her balloon. I ordered my food at the counter. Foodwas very fast, 3 minutes at the most. While waiting they gave my daughter a coloring page. They then offered for us to sit andbrought our food over to us. They checked on us twice through our meal asking how the food was, & also came over to let us knowthier play place was now open. It just felt like such above and beyond service at a fast food restaurant and it made mydaughters day. Read more
So I pull into the drive-through at 530am today. I order 2 sausage patties with cheese and I specifically ask the manager at the... window, "Please make sure the cheese is NOT on the bottom of the container with the meat on top. She told me, I will make sureit doesn't happen. I get to work at 6am and open the container. Unreal. How hard is your job. Seriously. Cheese melted to thecardboard and I had to throw it out. This location is pretty consistent with food quality. It is a McDonald's which tells you what to expect. The staff have always... been good. The two cheeseburger meal is not available anymore which is a bit disappointing. Read more
