Me and my bf were getting food, the order was correct but we asked for the ranch bbq sauce and they gave us the smoky bbq. We... asked if the had the sauce we wanted and they lied and said they gave us the right sauce even though we could see that it wasn?tright. When we were getting our food after parking and waiting, the second lady that brought us our food also said that it wasthe right sauce even though it wasn?t. We could see on the label that there was no ranch. They charged us for the bbq ranchsauce on the receipt but gave us the smoky bbq. They scratched out with a pen that bbq ranch to try and hide it. Verydisappointed. Not going there again. It could?ve been avoided by just telling us they were out of stock instead of lying andtrying to hide it. Read more

Received a coupon for 4 topping pizza for 12.95...it said i had to order online. Went online and tried to order it..unable to... despite trying for 15 minutes. Gave up, drove down to location to order in person. They refused to honor coupon saying it hadto be ordered online. Tried to explain that was not possible. Heck with it...what used to be a reasonable place to go to on abiweekly basis has lost our business. To complicated to order left us very frustrated. Walked into Airdrie Little Caesar's at approx 9:45pm, gave my order at the counter, the lady told me the amount owing. I... proceeded to hand her cash, she then said to me we can't take cash we've already counted the till, then proceeded to push thedebit machine towards me even though I said I only have cash. She reiterated they can't take cash now it's too late. I didn'twant to go into it further though knowing this will be the last time I come here. Ironically 2 mins later a customer came in,after giving his order, was going to pay with cash she said the same thing to him, he was a younger kid said he has no money inhis account this is all he has and that he is hungry. She mentioned it again before a gentleman came from the back saidsomething to her and she took the cash. Now I'm happy she did that for him however if your going to end up doing it anyways whyput a customer through all that, what happened to customer service? Not very difficult to redo your cashout rather than make acustomers experience a negative one. Read more

Honestly it's not bad at all, but the price, wow.. $20 for a VERY thin pizza and the actual dough has a cardboard consistency. ... The same pizza used to be $7.. not sure what happened there. The prices seem WAY inflated. Read more

This is a terrible location, go to kings heights as they serve way better food, I believe this location is under new management... and they barely top their food, and never have anything ready to be picked up, always need to wait for it to be made fresh. Iordered a cheese pizza and crazy bread, the pizza barely had cheese and the crazy bread had little to no butter or Parmesan onit. Unorganized and unprofessional. I asked for hot and ready items, paid and was then told to wait for 4 minutes. They then sold... my hot and ready items while I waited. This turned into a 15 minute wait. I asked for a refund and they did not provide me onebecause they could not find my order. Read more
