I'd like to take the time to recognize 3 great associates. 1 being the manager Joenith, Dhenieze who was in the kitchen as well... as cashier Kaj! Great experience! These ladies offered me fresh hot chicken if I waited a few minutes, helped me decide on whichfamily pack would be best, and had amazing customer service! If the owners see this please give these associates a bigrecognition for me and know they are doing a great job! I have experienced many of the things that others are complaining about. I have been given a back, which would have normally... been tossed in the trash, and been told there is no white meat available, and one time the grease had not been changed and thechicken was awful. I have used coupons and bought the Thursday special. Perhaps the franchise owner loses money on coupons andpromos. I don't know. But I will not be going back. I am actually glad this happened because it prompted me to go to MaryBrown's which I had never tried before. Their chicken is so much better and the pieces are considerably bigger. This is the worst KFC store there is without a shadow of a doubt, every time I place an order it?s takes at least 2-3hours,... several back and forth calls to the restaurant and silly excuses to get my order.
