We came to eat on Friday at around 9:20pm staying at the hotel not to far so we have never been to that Harveys. The service was... amazing, the food was made with love and fresh. Best Harveys we are from Ontario and dont get that amazing service! Good job youtwo! Read more
My family had Harvey?s for the first time today. The person taking our order in the drive-thru was wonderful. They were patient... as we navigated the menu, polite while taking our order and even offered suggestions on what to order. When we pulled to thefront window, the demeanour felt the same, the team was absolutely wonderful. The best part of the whole experience was thequality of the food. For a fast food type of experience, it was the best burger I have had. Thank you for the great customerservice and great tasting food. Read more
Stopped in for a dinner around 8:30pm. Service was excellent, food was Harvey's good. Tables were a bit messy but with only two... staff working, it was easily overlooked. Keep up the hard work ladies, your doing great. Read more
The place was good. However the app ... I tried to order ahead however it won't accept Visa debit. The clerk gave me a tiny bag... to put in a burger, fries and gravy. When I was eating the fries dipped in gravy I couldn't finish it coz something tastebitter. I'm not sure which it is. Harvey's used to be what I would consider the higher end of fast food.. really fresh ingredients, gourmet burgers, high quality.... Wow times have changed.. the 'salad' is just hilarious, it's just pre chopped burger toppings. Take a look at what theyadvertise the salad to look like and compare below.. total joke. The poutine was just a hot mess.. congealed glob with noflavor. And the burger was just sad. Really disappointing. Read more
The food is great, the veggies are fresh. Lots of variety of toppings, unlike other fast food chains. I like that you can... upgrade a drink and get a huge milk shake for almost the same price of a pop drink. The salted caramel shake tasted great. Food was good too bad the service was abysmal. Went through the drive thru and they must not have been paying attention. 2 out... 3 drinks were wrong. 1 side wrong item. There was no dipping sauce for the nuggets after ordering 2 types. Ketchup missing fromthe bag after requesting it. Very disappointing. Read more
