Very disappointed in my visit today. Ordered a Canadian Maple Chicken Wrap, which might have been the worst wrap I have ever... had from anywhere. Could not taste the maple dijon dressing, the chicken was rubbery, and the spinach (not mentioned on themenu that I can see) was soggy, wilted and rather disgusting after being in the grill press, to the point where I just threw thewrap out after 3 bites. Unfortunately this was a to go order otherwise I would have brought it up with the staff/owner. Pleasereconsider this recipe, for $7-8 dollars I expect far better. On the other hand the Iced Latte, was quite good and the onlyreason this review is getting 2 stars. Read more

For $38, my friends and I were rather disappointed in the quality of drink and food. The espresso was bitter and tasted... under-extracted. The food was not fresh whatsoever. The espresso machine setup looks promising, but if baristas don?t know howto make proper espresso, it won?t matter how impressive the setup is. Time for some improvements. Read more

Used to really like coming here but the last time I got a mocha with oat milk the drink tasted burnt. Not sure if the oat milk... was steamed too long or on too high of a temperature or if it was an issue with the espresso. The barista was friendly and Iknow it can be hard to make the drinks as a new barista, but if this is a problem with the machine it should be addressed by themanager/owner. Read more

I used to come into this location consistently and enjoy the drinks, food and environment! But in the past 10 months or so every... time I come in there are new employees who seem to be struggling. This is clearly not an employee issue but an issue with howthey are being trained or treated here. I?d suggest a visit from corporate to perhaps revisit the training strategies. Read more
