Horrible place. They missed the order and the lady at the counter ( Gagandeep) who proclaim to be the manager ( in real a... damager but not manager) didn't even apologize for missing an order. Rather she carry the proud stating human are prone to makemistakes... but are not supposed to apologize. Horrible place and Horrible folks n that is seriously an understatement forthis outlet. This location has gone down hill. We used to order quite frequently. Our last order was really bad, barely any toppings or... sauce. Will be using other options in Airdrie going forward. Read more
Ordered 4 pizzas and they were all burnt Really disappointing and never coming back to this location!!
We ordered 1 pizza and cheese bread and it took over an hour. Called the place back to see how much longer and he said 10... minutes. 20 minutes later we called back and he said oh 10 minutes in which we replied you said that last time. We just ended upcancelling the order entirely. Waste of time. Take your business elsewhere. Will not be coming back here again. Read more
Usually order here. However won't be anymore. Was left on hold for 24 minutes (obviously forgotten about). No good justification... of charges on my bill and not even an offer to compensate me with something for the confusion. You got my $50 for 2 pizzas. Butyou lost my business for the rest of time. If I could give them a 0 star I would. The service here is absolutely terrible and worse then the service is the staff. This one... teenage boy in particular was so rude, hes tall lanky with dark eyes and dark hair. whoever his manager is should fire him. Itried to order my pizza and he cut me off multiple times to talk on the phone with his friend. then they took forever with myorder i asked them after an hour for my pizza he got annoyed, after some arguing, he kept my pizza and would not refund me. intears i left empty wallet and empty stomach. we had to buy mcdonalds to feed the kids at home this day. very rude would notrecommend this location. lost a very valuable customer. Pictures say 1000 words. These are 4 medium pizzas ordered 2 cheese and 2 pepperoni. Didn't know you had to ask for cheese on... all of it. I got a sorry it was "overdone" and 50% off my next order. There's literal bald spots on all of it. Dominos isusually pretty good so I don't know what happened here. Read more
I recently moved from penticton to airdrie. Just had one of the best meals of my life . Domino's Airdrie you hit the spot .... Perfect pizza pasta and chicken. Keep up the. awesomeness you definitely have a repeat customer. I give you a 10 not a 5 Read more
