Miracle treat day. Boy was it busy. Gotta knownwhat you want quickly as everyone is waiting in line to order/pay or pick up... food. We live 3km from this location. My wife at her blizzard before we even got home. She had a large. So did I but I wasdriving. Customer service was pleasant and fastest as possible. This is not about the DQ perse, however, the Skip the dishes driver who parked in the handicapped spot is another story. Tonight... I was at the DQ on the east side of Airdrie around 2000 when I saw one of your drivers pull into a handicapped spot. The driverdid not have any placards allowing him to park there. I normally love this location but today during my drive throw experience was horrible when the employee handed me my blizzard... she acted like I had ordered one and when I reminded her that I ordered two she said "yah yah yah its coming" iv never been moreannoyed at an employee like that! Came here during peak hours in July and they had the drive thru line flowing fairly quick. My order was correct and the ladies... were kind. Which is a change to other locations in Calgary where you are waiting for 10+ minutes to get your order. Read more

We have been to this location a number of times. It is truely a shame that business owners and staff allow an establishment to... become sub-par. I counted all of four staff working and I could see from the order screen that the group of 4 in front of us waswaiting 5min to receive their last two items (2 dipped cones). My wife and I ordered two mini blizzards. Got'em within a coupleminutes. However, I returned mine for a second attempt as it was more a milkshake than a blizzard. Went here for ice cream in this heatwave and was very disappointed. The milk shake was basically melted ice cream with... strawberry chunks not blended at all, and the dipped cone my girlfriend received was a stump of melted ice cream dipped in athin layer of chocolate, once she bit into it the entire thing leaked all over her and my car. I get it's busy with the currentweather situation but us being served this is careless and bad customer service. Read more
