Going to this diner was a big mistake on my behalf I was ordering food with two of my friends from school and we sat down with... one of are friends who did not have money we were in group sharing the table we were being respectful and not making to muchnoise and we do respect the diners and the people working there as well as eating but one of the older employees came to us andstarted being really disrespectful and telling the one person at my table to leave because he had his own lunch out we were allpaying customers and they were insisting on kicking us out because 1 of the 4 of us didn?t pay for food they had given us hugedisrespect and major attitude I don?t believe I?ll be dining here again and I hope for the younger generation if they treat youlike this please come forward and say something because age discrimination should not be tolerated Read more

The customer service here is ridiculous. Unless ur not ordering as soon as u walk in the door, u will get kicked out for not... ordering. They are very rude to the kid customers, Yelling at them across the room. kicking kids out for not buying food as theyare just trying to sit down. The workers here are very snarky and rude, even when u are respectful and paying. Overall the waythey treat their customers is repulsive and I would not recommend dining in. Read more

My brain couldn't compute and pick a blizzard flavor cashier was soo helpful and patient and WOW WOW the most delicious! Cherry... cheesecake with fudge, Yummmmmmy! Wish I got her name but as I said brain malfunction hehe. Store and washroom clean, ampleparking. Read more

Ordered the Chicken Steip Basket @ about 7 PM and got it in about 10 Min... wow Not at all, it was old and must have been made... much earlier. Absolutely Horrible, could not did not finish it. If that's what they thought was good to deliver to acustomer?!?!? Disgusting ! Read more

Woukd give zero stars but cant....Worst drive through ever....repeated my order 5 different times tried to explain what the $9... meal deal was to the worker, switched people on the microphone then they put it as a kids meal, fixed it, then repeated back tous the order and messed up on over half of it....they just don't listen, they talk over you without listening fully to what youare saying and it was extremely frustrating. After at least 20 visits, I have determined this review needs to be written. First off, the staff is wonderful! They are... friendly and efficient every time. Unfortunately this location consistently shorts you HARD with portion sizes. You will pay aton of money for ice cream and receive next-to-nothing every. time. Blizzards have no filling, Sunday?s and splits have no icecream or toppings.. ever. You aren?t saving money if you are losing customers. Read more

Had been a customer at this DQ for a number of years in the past decade. The restaurant has been really modernized in the... timeline. It's always really clean where we eat unlike other restaurants such as McDonalds across the street from this location.Wouldn't completely give it a 5 star because of a number of ordering issues we've had at this location. Staff seem to screw upour order more often causing one of us not to get a meal, and often being charged for the missing items. Encourage themanagement to fix this before my next visit but overall good experience. Read more
