Bought small kids drinks. Girl asked if I wanted a drink tray and I said yes. Problem is that the small drinks do NOT fit in the... tray so when she handed to me they fell and spilled all over the car. They did not care or offer more. Handed me napkins whichdidn't clean the mess and I still have root beer all over the console, seats and floor. Not impressed at all! ???? Read more

Been here a number of times. It's a really great restaurant for a quick reunion with family. You guys really need to close the... dining room for eating again. The people here in Airdrie are total yahoos. I put an effort to wear my mask. And these people areabsolutely terrible. I had this lady breathing right on me. Terrible place for the lineup to order. Put it right next to mytable where I was sitting visiting family. People are literally right on top of you. No social Distancing either table location.Did not enjoy this visit. The only reason I even took the time to write this stellar review is your employee Miranda at the drive thru. She was without a... doubt the friendliest most engaging employee at an A&W I've ever had and should honestly be teaching all your staff here and atrestaurant locations all over Canada just how to treat the customer. I've never felt more at ease, my patronage wanted or happyto see someone so full of positivity. Her manners on the drive thru telecom were like a breath of fresh air. Hell I eventipped her my change $4 something simply for being herself. I'll say it again Miranda saved my experience at your store becauselord knows the food was slower and the onion rings barely room temperature. That woman deserves a raise and betteropportunities in your franchise or the company itself. Don't lose her.... Read more
