I had to half eat the chicken because it was mostly cold when I asked for it fresh. There were no utensils In the bag. I also... wanted smaller wings and my wings were half sauced. I was definitely not pleased with my meal at all, I ordered the #6 Family meal and a 10 pc traditional chicken wings. First my... tenders weren?t fresh and my wings let?s just say old and I had a boneless wing in there that I didn?t order mixed in my box ofwings. I spent almost $50 on a meal I wasn?t pleased with. I even had to pull around to the front and wait but for what had tobe fries bc that?s the only thing that was fresh. I?m a manager and have been in the food industry for years. This is the best Chick-fil-a substitute in this town for chicken sandwiches. I really wish they would offer chicken by the... piece. Their salads are ample and fairly good although the blackened chicken is way different than sprinkling on some seasoningafter cooking. Searing in the heat and spice makes it awesome. Sat in line for over 30 minutes and didn't even move saw staff just standing around doing nothing. Ended up going to KFC instead... where I had way better service. Little advice if you're understaffed then don't open because you will provide terrible serviceand customers won't go there. Read more

Lobby closed with a line full of cars and haven't moved in 10 mins. It happens when a certain manager is working. Stop being... lazy and get the lines down. What is it going to hurt ordering inside...y'all ain't moving in drive thru. I ordered from them and have the receipt. It stated no tomatoes or lettuce but they piled it on with a hard chicken breast. I... would not use this location!!!! They can not read orders nor good at customer service when the order is wrong by their fault.Lesson learned! Plus cold soggy fries. I would give them a zero! Read more
