we get there and wait for a table to be cleared and it was busy so we didn?t mind the wait but why when we sit down one, the... very awkward waitress started singing along very loudly and out of tone with the song playing overhead(that she put on throughthe jukebox at 9am) then proceeded to take my wife?s plate from in front of her while ?asking? if she was done which she wasn?tand just snatched up the plate while my wife had half a sandwich in her hand but didn?t take my plate that I pushed to the edgeof the table to clarify I was done obviously. Same waitress didn?t know how to check us out and manually entered our card numberrather than just swiping it and when I asked why she entered the number she just ignored me. The girl honestly doesn?t seem fitfor waitressing if she?s going to sing while taking plates from us that we aren?t even done with. The experience was definitelyruined between her putting on/singing and taking things off our table that we weren?t done with. But I don?t want the plate backagain after you?ve picked it up. It?s nasty and rude. Will not be back at all. Hopefully the Whiskey Road location is better. Read more

I was refused service today because I wanted my order to go. I was told they are under staffed. I could have placed an order... and sat down to eat it, or, I suppose, ask for a to go container and packaged it up myself. It doesn?t make sense why making thefood, plating it and serving it is easier than making it and putting it in a to bin. Plus the rudeness with which I was told wasno appreciated. After standing for about 7-8 min at the register to place the order and being told I would be assisted in a min,an older woman abruptly (and loudly) said, ?We aren?t doing to go orders today! We are under staffed.? If this was the caseperhaps I could have been mentioned earlier. But, in the end, it just makes no sense that they couldn?t do a to go order. I wentto the WF on Whisky and they were super nice and accommodating. I guess I know where to go from now on. Read more
I go to Waffle House often and they usually always get at least one thing wrong, which isn't the end of the world. This Waffle... House on the other hand was perfect, not one thing wrong or overlooked. The lemonade was way too sweet, undrinkable really.That's the only thing that I can even think of to say was wrong. Job well done bye our cook and our waitresses. Highly recommendto anybody. Read more
More like Awful House. The floors were dirty, there was trash everywhere, the grills were unclean, and the server spent most of... her time on her phone and not paying attention. The waffle was undercooked, hash browns were pretty much still raw, and thesausages were like hockey pucks soaked in grease. I did order a second waffle (well done), and it turned out pretty fine, asidefrom the black specs of char from the dirty grill. After leaving I instantly felt sick. I would not recommend eating here. Horrible I thought I was at a club instead of Waffle House the cook didn?t cook my bacon fully I had to microwave that when I... got home the lady that?s usually in there cooking I guess she was so happy tonight to be off the grill and be able to get acigarette in she was partying along with the customers. Service and food and the servers were great! Only complaint I have is they were out of mayonnaise.
