We have eaten at Sukiya on many occasions, and every time whether we are sitting at the hibachi grills or just doing some casual... dining at their regular tables, we have always been greeted quickly, seated quickly, and our orders taken, and food served veryquickly. The quality of the food, regardless if you get the chicken, steak, scallops, or shrimp, you always get it cooked toperfection. Their noodles, rice, and choices of beverages along with their ginger dressing salads are amazing. You mostdefinitely get plenty of portion size for the price, usually meaning we can eat it again for dinner the next day! The hibachichefs at the grills are also always very interactive and make the experience very fun. We will continue to come back time andtime again. Read more
Unless you care to travel to Augusta, or an hour to Columbia, Sukiya is a hidden gem when it comes to sushinin Aiken. Now, their... hibachi options are tasty, too! Not many restaurants offer noodles in place of mountains of fried rice. The hibachi chefs areentertaining, fun, and I highly recommend a reservation if you come on a weekend. Personally, I enjoy their sushi and sashimiselections. They offer a vast variety of choices that I normally must travel to find. I tend to be a sushi purist but I've neverreally been let down by what the chefs serve. Their more adventures "American style" rolls are quite scrumptious. I think theJaguar Roll is my favorite, non-sashimi choice. The staff are incredibly polite and I always leave satisfied (maybeover-stuffed) and feeling pleased with my meal. We had such a great time ! The customer service was awesome! We were there celebrating my granddaughters 4th birthday ????! We... told them she wanted to come there for her birthday. The servers and chefs are nice. They may look tired but still they managed to smile. Their chefs are good entertainers while... cooking the food in front of you. The place is clean too.. I recommend their salad dressing (ginger) and their pineapplejuice.. soooo good.... Read more

Wait staff was amazing but our cook did little to engage with us. Apparently in not preparing I was not given shrimp (like the... menu said) cause he didn't bring out enough. Also my steak was way over cooked. I dont think we will be returning. This was notworth $130. Read more
