Slowest service EVER! They move like you don't matter. I can get the same order at the Starbucks down the street and it's ready... in a few minutes. And they are always running out of coffee! Need to fire the manager and hire one that knows how to run theplace. And how to hire people that want to work. How do you run out of caffeinated coffee when it's the majority of what yousell? Worse, it is actually on the shelves of the store you're located in!!! I would think any manager that ran out of stockwould bite the bullet and buy some from the store to fill customers orders rather than turn them away. Read more
I would happily wait in the drive thru line for these people to help me. This location has been through a lot recently with... Covid and staffing issues, and they've handled it like pros. They're always extremely polite and have smiles on their faces.Sometimes I don't know if they'll even be open in the middle of the afternoon, so when they are I'm very happy! Read more
