Ratchet employees! Ordered Sour Patch Float Slush to get a 1/2 cup of slush w barely red in the cup and little sour patch in cup... and on top of ice cream and a lot of ice cream. Sent it back to have one ratchet come out and not open her mouth and say aword.. followed by a ratchet asst. mgr. who tried to tell me it was right. NOT! Girl, give me my money back and argue w yo kidscause I don't argue well! I guess Sonic false advertises when a new product comes out then scale back when the promo over. Theone I received and the one they advertise is totally different. Then, 800# tried to give me a free item when you purcjase. WHAT?Keep it..you think I'm going to purchase something else to get an item free when you screwed order and I had to come back. Get aREAL customer service coupon to provide for y'all screw ups. Update... They are trying their best, but still need to check orders. Update... Still checking my orders every now and then... it's missing items but for the most part seems like they are trying. Food was good but my order was missing my son's doublecheeseburger. Lesson learned check your order before pulling away.... Read more
Sonic is fair... but it is fast food after all. They have more available now then they've had over the last yr. The app is hit... & miss... but it's the best way to enjoy the deals & 1/2 price drinks all day not just happy hr. Read more
I visited Sonic on Whiskey Rd in Aiken, SC. I placed my order and waited 20 minutes for my food, which never arrived. I pressed... the red button like I was going to another order. An employee finally answered and I made them aware that I had not received myfood. They couldn't find my order. So I had to order again. The manager came out to bring my food and drinks. The drinks werewrong. I had to wait again for him to return with my correct drinks. He proceeded to tell me what happened in their error on myorder. He advised that they made my food fresh for me again, which wasn't true because my tots and burgers were cold. He didn'toffer to reduce the price of my total bill or anything for my inconvenience. In total I was at Sonic for 45 minutes for 2burgers, 2 tots and 2 slushy. I am very disappointed in this Sonic and the service that I received. Read more
I have been seeing the commercial for the double grilled cheeseburger that they just added to the menu, so I was hype to try it... after my long shift of being a server. I ordered it with no mustard because I don’t eat mustard. Anyways, I didn’t bother tocheck it because the mentioned they were short staffed and so I was trying to get out of there as soon as I could. I got home,hype to try my burger and it was SO BURNT & COVERED in mustard. I was exhausted after my shift so I didn’t have enough energyto drive back to complain about it so I just left it alone. The reason I didn’t rate lower though is because the staff wasstill friendly, I also ordered tater tots & onion rings that were delicious & got a huge Route 66 coke that was to die for. Myhusband said the tots were ‘too burnt’ for him but I thought they were pretty good. I ate the onion rings in the car ridehome cause I was hungry so I don’t have a picture but they were good. I understand being short staffed, having a history ofrestaurant business myself, however, I still don’t understand how hard it is to read a ticket and make out the correct food. Read more
This is one of the worst places to eat in Aiken. Good luck getting the food you ordered here. Also, I've had my credit card... information stolen from here, the info, not the card. My family have tried Sonic once every few months for the past 2 yearshoping for improved service. I've talked to managers, I've contacted corporate, I've completed their reviews, and still terribleservice. For the past 2 years (8-10 orders), I have actually never gotten an order delivered correctly the first time, I'vealways needed to ask for a correction. Today is no different. They did not give us my wife's entree, and I asked for a DoubleCheeseburger and instead got a cold single with a big blob of mayonnaise on it. The issue with my credit card. I had issuesordering with them, so I ordered through their app instead (here in Aiken). Overnight afterwards, I had 2 orders at Sonics inArizona that I woke up to. I cannot imagine going to this Sonic again. It's truly atrocious. Terrible service, and food is notgood enough for the 30 minute wait in drive thru OR in a space. Maybe this review will help them improve, but I don't have myhopes up. They need to have someone come in and turn around operations if they want to keep business. Read more
Worst sonic I've ever been to. Can never get my order right. People working there don't care. I've gave them multiple chances... but it's the same thing every time I go. The last time I went on 11/6/22 they messed my order up and I took them 3 times tofinally get it right now apologies nothing!!
