What happened? Moved back after 5 yrs. The bbq pulled pork used to come out "dry" and u added the sauce. Now it comes out... drenched in sauce so there's no opportunity to add the flavor u like. Very disappointed. Read more
Just got off of work and went to the one in Aiken, SC. I know it is the night before Thanksgiving and I didn't feel like... cooking. I walked in at 7:45pm. The manager said they are not taking any more orders. They had 1hr 15min of business left andwas turning away customers. I will not give them my business any more. Read more
For 3 of us to eat lunch was $40! A bit pricy for 2 chicken strips, a burger & a scoop of BBQ!! Building nice, except ladies... room light switch falling off the wall & no paper towels. Food a bit bland, could be better if they used some seasoning. No salton fries, nothing in BBQ but fat. Even the burger was bland. Read more
Burger was over cooked on outside and dry on inside. The sweet tea tasted mixed not fresh brewed. The floors in dining area by... the windows were sticky. This was my first time there, it was ok but I would not recommend the place based on my experiencetoday. Read more
We arrived around 6:30 for dinner, short line to order, 2 employees taking orders. Adequate seating available, not crowded for a... Friday night. Ordered a burger and the sampler platter, was delivered to our table in a reasonable amount of time. The sweetpotato fries were cold and the burger hot. Instead of bacon strips on the burger, it was like bacon crumbles. The bun wastoasted and thick. The platter food was hot. A better deal than the burger. Sweet potato fries cost an extra$1. Employees werefriendly. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Read more
Haven't been to a Shane's in years so thought we'd check it out. I ordered the Shack Wrap basket with side salad and fries and... hubby got the 3 piece tenders with fries. Overall, it was a decent meal and the peach tea was very good. I'll probably do thesalad with chicken or the chicken tenders next time. Honey mustard was very good as well. Read more
Beyond disappointed, they were out of what I had ordered pulled pork baked potato, wait staff asked me to trade to another item,... Half smoked chicken with two sides I said yes waited another 15 minutes for something that I had already paid for and they weretrading out. Once wait was over the same individual brought out may food (curbside delivery) and only said sorry for the delay.Knowing that the last time we ordered from Shane's it to was wrong so I decided to check it out before I left.... They had yetagain changed my order but this time with out concent they switched it out to chopped chicken with BBQ sauce on it and insteadof my double order of fries it was only a single order fries and my son's fries were not even in the box for his order. When Iwent in the individual who brought out my order (same person they entire order) I shared with her my order was not right andthey said yes the cook had changed it again because they were out of lots of things including now the smoke chicken now. Okayonwards, now I understand the running out of food and having to change things, I understand it's beyond and out of the waitstaff's control (cooperate and lack of food supplies), but what I don't like is the cook changes it, tells the wait staff, thewait staff delivers the to go order and doesn't say a word about it but the cook staff also messed up the order and everyone butthe customer was told... This is not the first time, not the second time, but it will be the last time and we will not be backto this location again... Read more
