Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had with a pizza place. I placed an order july 15th for delivery. Received the... wrong oder gave it back to the delivery diver which was third party driver from papa johns website I got a call saying I wasgonna get a refund. I checked my account today no refund. Decided to give papa johns a call to see what solution can be done themanager I believe her name is Rhonda or Robin acting very hostile with me claiming I was lying that I needed to bring somethingfrom my bank to prove I placed an order I told her I had my order number. She continued to act very rude with me as I sat therecalmly talking to her. I asked her I can get whatever I need from my bank to show her that I'm not lying and what is it calledthat I needed from my bank. When I asked her if she was having an okay day since she was being so nasty with me she startedyelling in the back ground saying now she's gonna start being hostile and continued yelling until a man named Adam got on thephone, which Adam was very professional great communication skills and sat there with me to get to a solution, unlike Rhonda whowas very very unprofessional. I order a large works. Suppose to be one the best pies they sale. Mine was a far cry from that. They way the toppings were... placed was disgusting and very little of them. This one used to be a good store to get your fix, not anymore looks like. Look atyour order before you leave the store. Now even if you place the order at the counter and pay right there, the first screen isasking for a tip. Clever way to get more money from you as you get less service and quality. Read more
Went there before was really good but on this day the pizza was poorly made did not ask for thin crust and yet it was thin.the... taste was bland and one taste burnt. chicken wings were cold and not tasty. I will not go there again Read more
I?m not use to them having nasty pizza and even returned the first one tonight. They are not friendly at this location. I guess... I have been spoiled from the papa johns I order all the time outside of Clemson. Pizza Hut, Marcos and any other place makesbetter pizza and better customer service. I don?t complain. Unless order is terrible and they wanted during Covid give the pizzaback. I sure did and they sure do not honor contactless delivery here. Update: As of 10/28/20, I responded to the owner on Saturday and I haven't had a call yet. I called Customer Service prior to... the owner reaching out via Google reviews and not one call yet. Both locations need guidance on how Jalapeno Poppers. I orderedfrom this location and they were burnt. The bottom, black. Robert sarcastically says while shaking his head "they don't lookburnt to me." I'm paying and I'm not paying for burnt food. You advertise one thing and give something else. NOT! I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I placed a order online and I was tracking the order when I saw that it was on the... way to York street which isn?t my address I called and asked them to deliver it to the correct address. The girl on the phonekept asking what my address was a million times because the manager was screaming at her. Then the manager proceeded to tell herthey don?t deliver to my address. Which is a lie I order from there all the time. I told the girl on the phone that and themanager is still screaming at her still saying well her online info doesn?t have the correct phone number. So the girl asked formy phone number and I apologized bc the last time I ordered the delivery driver had a problem finding it ( when my subdivisionwas new ). He had asked for my number and said he would put it in when he got back to the store. Which has nothing to do with meordering and shouldn?t affect anything. So now they tell me it?s gonna take almost a hour and 40 minutes to get my order. Andthat?s ridiculous because the pizza was already on its way!! If it takes that long I want a free order. The manager has a majorattitude and probably shouldn?t be working in customer service, yelling at her employees and customers. Read more
No words can describe how awesome these people are! As a dasher, they always have my orders ready and one young man even gave me... a pizza bag and it was a great feeling as I didnt have to spend money to buy one on my own... I recently lost my job and usedoordash as a way to have money to eat and to pay my bills and debt I recieved from my last job as I was a rural carrier forUSPS. This gig is wayyyy easier and the amount I spend with door dash vs the post office is a huge difference! Plus I work at myown pace, have happy customers and I can serve my community with MY service and MY smile and not a fake smile or bad customerservice... needless to say, great job guys and gals and stay awesome.
