I got a 3 topping special delivered was $20 and I?m very disappointed. It?s barley any pepperoni which I feel is a rip off. No... one told me that if I were to get extra cheese or more then one topping the portions would be lowered. I mean just look at thismess. My fiancé ordered 2 pizzas. One was just fine the other however was horrible. Ordered extra toppings and it looked like half... the normal amount was put on there. And then the garlic sauce they put in was completely opened and soaked on the pizza and goteverywhere as it leaked through the box. When I called and spoke to a manager she had an attitude for one and said ?it would bea long while before another one would be sent?. So not only did we wait an hour from the original order that was messed up, Ispoke to a rude lady who sound like she could care less that her team messed up but didn?t try to make things better just saying?it would be a long while?. I've never had issues or complaints in all my years from this location or the other on the north side. Recently I ordered from... this location a couple of times. There was a decent deal on the bbq bacon papadias for like $6. I swapped out the onions forchicken and the thing was loaded and bulging. Good amount of food for the price vs other menu items. My order has always beenready when I arrived. Food is always hot. Sauces always in the box. Read more
We ordered three pizzas and one was "the works". We ordered the works without olives and mushrooms. We were charged extra for... removing those and then the pizza came WITH OLIVES AND MUSHROOMS! Ordered again and they have door dash doing delivery and didnot even give them an address. Read more
I order from this Papa Johns at least a couple times a month. My order is always right and it's always hot. This isn't one of... those places that's stingy on the toppings. Turn around time on orders is on point and the tracking feature in the app is prettyaccurate. Drivers are always polite and friendly. Read more
The pizza is awesome at this place. The one star is for the ordering process. I have always called the local store, yeah there... might a wait, but the locals know the menu and English. Tried to order yesterday and got a new phone menu which requires that Ipress a button. Hard to do while using hands free phone. Then the call rolled to a call center with someone who didn't knowEnglish. I just hung up because they couldn't get my name right. If you order through the app, you are probably fine, but callin for a carry out or delivery order is impossible now. Read more
Cant do 0 stars???? Worst pizza experience ever... we ordered two 3 topping large pizzas for an online special . Two cheese... pizzas showed up and we called to see if they could credit us. They said that is the order they received and that the 2 cheesepizzas would have been the same price as 2 three topping pizzas????? We asked for the manager and the young lady said she wasthe manager and that there was nothing they would do... her name was summer and we will never order from this store everagain.... ever!
