If I could give -0- stars I would. Told at drive thru window there was a 10 minute wait on chicken. After 30 minutes I go inside... to check on my order and I'm told there's now a 7 more minute wait on chicken. After an hour I got my meal. Read more
The food was. GREAT but Every time I go there they forget something in order . This Trip it was my 4 biscuits and bbq dipping... sauce that I ordered. So what can do . I know check the bag right .Well they tie the bags shut for the internet order pick up soits would a pain in you know what to untie the bags and pull out all the food just to fine out have you go back in to get whatthey forget. I gave them 3 tries. 1st try they had no drinks other than nonsweet tea. 2nd try our chicken was so dry and old. 3rd try was... today we ordered 5 spicy chicken with mac and cheese bowls and got home to realize they were all regular. Took them back and allthey done was pour spicy sauce all over the tops of the bowls. This will be our last time going to this KFC. Customer service isnot so great either. Was asking the drive thru lady some questions and she consistently replied ?i dont know? . (If you dontknow, ask a manager or a coworker) Worse KFC ever. Read more
They forgot to give me the buiscuits but I should have checked everything. I didn't go back to get them because: 1) I went to... the Richland Ave and I live across town. 2) I completely forgot to change from original chiken to crispy and they exchange somepieces for me so I didn't have to wait 30 more minutes for the order. 3) They were really friendly and kind. Great drive-thru, fast ,friendly, fresh and hot. The new chicken sandwich is probably my third in the chicken sandwich war.lol ... It's pretty good and the French fries were on point. The sweet tea was really sweet. Read more
