And told her my situation and she hung up on me. I've been to loads of bad KFCs that made me wait 30+ minutes on a Door Dash order which made me 2 to 3 dollars in an hour but... this KFC however is the best KFC in the state of SC. They understand the urgency of Drivers and they are very kind hearted. Foodservice workers need some loving too... Hey Corporate KFC; Give these employees hope. Send them to school. Give them bonuses.Offer services for them to atleast reward them for their troubles. Some of these people are parents who want to provide fortheir kids. Surprisingly, this was the best chicken place in Aiken of the chain chicken places. They were quick and had the items my wife... wanted. She loves dark meat and the other chicken places have been out of it, so I was glad they had it. It's a small store andit was clean. She said the sweet tea was strong tea and sweet. I got her biscuit and it was delicious. The employees werenice. You have to turn on the side road to get into the parking area, no access off of the main road. Read more
Price went up for less food. Ordered a famous bowl and I guess there's a potato and chicken shortage..you'd think! Very little... potatoes and chicken. Next time I'm sending both back. Then, the girl at the drive thru window fills the drinks to the top andwhen she hands it to me it's spilling. You would've thought she wouldn't taken it back to fix it- NOPE proceeded to hand thenext one with some napkins. Common courtesy goes a long way! Read more
My husband and I went through the drive-thru, we went to pay and was met with a polite lady who asked us how we were doing and... said thank you. We had to wait for two sandwiches and the lady who came to give them to us was singing and very polite and veryfriendly. The manager needs to know the crew working on the schedule on July 27th at 12:00 was great. Our sandwiches were hotand yummy as well. Good job! Read more
Ordered 2 famous bowls than got home and realized they gave me 2 large Mac and cheese. Just like everyone said slow and your... orders are always messed up. Save your money and time and just skip this place. Read more
Ordered an 8 piece chicken, no sides. $20. Waited about 10 minutes after paying, then they tell me it would be 14 more minutes... on my chicken to go. Not good. Got my money back and walked out to never return. Read more
