Guys, this is a perfect example of how customer service has gone out the window. My family and I love Firehouse Subs, we love... that they support our fire fighters and the food is great. With that said we came in this afternoon and we ordered our food andthe lady at the register told us that they we out of lettuce and she asked if we were ok with that before we paid. I am not verypicky about my food and yes I can do without lettuce, but how hard is it to drive to one of the ten local grocery stores orWalmart in the area and get several heads of lettuce to make it through the day and imagine this have good customer service,then my sandwich and all the other patrons that ate at Firehouse today would have enjoyed it better. I placed an order online and when I came in to pick it up I wasn?t greeted with a Hello or anything. They seemed to be more... interested talking to a man who either use to work there or just stopped in to say hello but nevertheless I had to say somethingbefore anyone acknowledged I was there. It?s bad enough that we are running out of nice places to go eat or pickup food but nowFirehouse on Whiskey rd is acting this way..wow, and to think one of the nicer staff members previously asked me to download theapp for a better online experience. Well this experience just killed that opportunity, sorry to say I will be deleting the appand sharing my experience with others as well. Read more
Love their subs. Plenty of meat, good seasoning. Reasonably priced.
Absolutely my favorite place to get a sub. The meat veggies and bread are always fresh. And that pickle on side just makes it... even better. The customer service at every locations is always the best as well. My only suggestion is to remove the fountainmachine amd go back with the old school style. Read more

I haven't been to a Firehouse in so long. So excited to get it today, I order a sub with lettuce. Guess what they forget to put... on it? I mean come on people. It doesn't matter if you say it to their faces or write it down for them, fast food workers getNOTHING right except for stealing your money. You need a college degree these days to flip a burger, this is getting ridiculous.The Country Clubs in Woodside are just about the only places worth eating at in Aiken. They are the only places where they dotheir jobs it seems. The food service industry in America is clearly nonexistent anymore. Scratch another business off the list. Read more
