I?ve never really had a problem with this location. Sometimes, they?re out of certain things, but not always. They have a really... bad pothole that recently formed when you?re going around the corner of the drive thru so be aware. I didn?t know it was thereuntil about a week ago when I hit it, & the only way to dodge it is to make an even wider turn when you?re turning that cornerby the pole. Hopefully they can fix that soon, bc it?s pretty bad. Read more
Service is usually good here. Occasionally, the people in the drive thru can be rude, but the people at the window are usually... nice. food is mediocre but that?s not specific to this dunkin?. i?m a student at usca and it?s always reliable and service isfast. Read more
My name is Kimberly, I am using my husband's email to leave this review. I really hate to put a one star review simply because... of the fact that there is maybe 3 of the employees that work at this Dunkin that I actually enjoy talking with and having themserve me. However, I go to Dunkin every single morning and I get the same exact order every day. A medium caramel iced coffee, amedium frozen mocha coffee, two wake up wraps, a snacking bacon, and a ten count munchinks. The same order everyday. So I spendquite a good bit of money a week at this Dunkin. I wish I knew the names of the employees that are truly disrespectful, rude,and UN acceptable for customer service. There are 4-5 employees that have really made my experience this past few weeks trulyawful to where I am considering not returning. The only name that I know is "Bailey" because no one else has name tags on. Icould describe them but don't know names. I love coffee and the staff that I do like make my visit awesome but the ones that areyoung and newer are absolutely rude and disrespectful. If something is not done about these specific employees I will no longerbe doing business at this Dunkin Donuts. Very highly disappointed. Read more
Not happy. After a long but awesome work week I thought I'd swing by the drive-through and get an iced cappuccino. After all,... I'd been stopping by Dunkin Donuts for about a month using my app, and had earned a free drink of any size. After orderingmine, en route to my eye appointment, I was told I owed over a dollar at checkout. Had to search through my backpack in a timecrunch to find my debit card. That drink was not free, because I asked for oat milk as a base. It'll be a long time before Istop at any Dunkin. Read more
