The food is great but the customer service isn?t there. I don?t know why people think it?s okay to have hands in pockets with... Air Pods in while talking to a ordering customer. The first 2 times I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Every time I come init?s the same kid that?s not in uniform, not smiling, listening to music. Managers are okay with this?!? I like their keto bowl but problem is the way they pick up your food. They wear gloves but they touched the counters, squeezed... lemon for other customers then they pick up the lettuce and cheese with the same gloves?gross. So if I could give 0 stars I would, these people have gotten rid of all the good shift leads and crew members, I don't know if... they were fired or quit, but if I worked there I probably would quit, they are always out of something and they always make theexcuse that the truck hasn't come or that the truck was short. When it wasn't ran by a bunch of kids the store was actuallygood. You guys really need to realize the big picture and bring back good people and get rid of this crew who have no idea whatthey are doing. You cant even get guacamole on your keto bowl anymore. Which is my favorite. I'm going to have to start going toMoe's and they are not that good as well. So please fix this before this business gets ran into the ground. I cannot currently recommend Diablos at this point. We have been huge customers for a couple of years now as it used to be our... favorite, we visit about once a week for take out in the two Aiken locations. The last couple of months visits have steadilywent down hill. Everytime we go lately, they have been out of the green salsa (the only one I care for). Today we went toSouthside and I was excited to finally see some green salsa again. After waiting a while in a fairly long line, they made myketo bowl only to tell us that they were out of guacamole. Since this is the most expensive part of the keto bowl, my husbandasked them to take some money off the bowl but they refused. Since the bowl was already made and he had already waited he felthe had no choice but to pay full price. They were also out of the peach habanero sauce that we love so much and rolled myhusbands burrito so badly that it was split and they didn?t care. We will probably be taking a long break from Diablos afterfeeling overcharged today for many missing ingredients and bad quality service. Read more

Don't visit Aiken very much but love Diablo's. Unfortunately had the WORST experience at this location ever!! Service was... horrible. The young man who made our food seemed lost. I wasn't able to get the bowl I wanted because no one knew if there wasany of the shell bowls available. Not much of a selection because there was empty tubs instead of food. The manager/lead with ared shirt at the register and he was just as confused as the rest of the employees. Paid 40$ for 3 people and got barley anyfood. (Unlike the rest of the locations) I usually get more food than I can eat. Tables were dirty. With the exception of maybe2 employees out of maybe 6 that even looked like they were trying. Kudos to the young man and young lady that seemed to havetheir hands full with the staff that seemed to not know what the hell was going on. Do not recommend this location untilsomething is done!!! I go to Diablos at least once a week and always the Whiskey Road location. However, yesterday, 08/16/2022, at 11:15AM is the... last time I will be going there for a while. All the usual staff who are AWESOME were gone and a group of the rudest, mostentitled ppl I have ever met were there working. They weren?t even serving full portions and I was ignored when trying tocommunicate with them. I was treated as though I were an inconvenience. I ordered the large queso and was given only the smallbag of chips with like ten chips in the bag. These ppl legit wouldn?t make eye contact and wouldn?t help with anything. Sadly Igot the impression the might either be owners or from another store or from corporate because they definitely behaved as if theywere too important to be bothered to be there. The food prep was horrible. Tasted terrible. Worse than ever. My queso was cold.I didn?t even get half the food I normally do. Everything was always great. Why did they have to mess it up? Disappointing. Iwill be eating at Moes until they get their act together. Read more

Absolutely awesome experience! First time here, visiting from out of state. The staff was very friendly. Stuff on another way... to make sure that everything was perfect. Very inviting and clean atmosphere. Great place for fast lunch or relaxing afternoonmeal. Food was Delicious. Very reasonable competitive prices Delicious. Very reasonable prices! Edit Edit: chicken rice beans onion jalapeños double cheese quesadilla for those who asked and it wasn't the lead Cook, but a... relatively new cook (just assumed by how well he was handling the lunch rush switching bt stations and helping everyone). Useto always get bowls, tried something new. Never had any luck with fast food quesadillas. Weird to say but the best quesadillaI've had in 10 yrs. **Props to the lead cook today for making it**.
