I ordered a 12 piece family dinner online and arrived to pick it up about 30 minutes later. I went inside to pick it up, it was... not ready, I waited an additional 30-40 minutes while cars were going through the line outside and receiving orders right away.While waiting I saw one of the servers scratching his head with gloves on and proceeding to handle food. There were at least 10people ?working? behind the counter and nobody looked like they knew what to do and could care less. I was a little late getting off work and had a last minute request from my wife for Bojangles' chicken... So naturally I stopped... on my way home and ordered what she wanted. Left to head home and be greeted as the best husband ever only to find out they gaveme the wrong order. So I left to go back up there and through the drive thru. The young woman working the window was so nice andmade sure the order was completely correct before I left again. A+ service in the end the way I see it because my wife got whatshe wanted and I got a free meal out of the deal as well. Read more
Literally, the worst restaurant to visit. The staff are the most miserable human beings. We used drive-thru hoping for a quick... bite to eat as what they are designed for, was then told to move forward and proceeded to make us wait over 20 minutes. Somestaff member with long curly hair finally brings our meal to the car and doesn?t. say. a. word. Please shut this place down sono one else has to have their night ruined by such horrible people. Bojangles has always been a personal favorite of mine and my family! Bojangles on Whiskey Rd. has that same great food as well... as excellent quality customer satisfactorily care and service. I would highly recommend the Bojangles Bo'berry, (blueberries &sweet icing glaze), Biscuit. It's an all time top favorite for either Breakfast or Dessert! They got my order with wrong and I told them. They then swiped my card twice and made me pay for the incorrect order and my... correct order. Then the food that I received was made poorly. Now I?m out almost $15 for this terrible quality food. Read more
Average meal. Small Supremes. I like the spiciness of the Supremes and the biscuits are the best. The fries can be tasty when... seasoned properly. I don't like how much seasoning they put on the fries, which happens at multiple locations. Less is morewith seasoning salt. Also the Supremes have gotten noticeably smaller, as you can see in the pic). The chicken-wing sizedsupremes are not limited to this location as I had the same issue in North Augusta. Overall, the 3 piece supremes is comparableto the 6.99 breast, fries, biscuit, and cookie from KFC. I wouldn't go out of my way to get Bojangles like I used to. Read more
