Great pie. I only wish they had longer hours. I love the pie crust. Crunchy not soggy. A+
You have got to be kidding me !!! There is NO WAY anyone with a decent palate and a set of eyes could give this restaurant a... good rating. The reason I am saying this is because the owner can't care about how folks feel about his food, because if he didthen he would not give you soggy, and burned and dried potatoes that tasted a week old.....also, the gyro is out of a can orsomething...and the special of the day was even worse. I do not like to leave anything except my honest opinion and here itis: I hope they get their hearts back into their business and turn this sinking boat towards the dock for some majorrepairs. I think it was probably more awesome prior to Covid and food supply issues. Pizza was very watery and runny, not enough cheese,... and we asked for double italian sausage and got scant amount and not on each piece. There was also the stench of cigarettesmoke when we walked in, as probably one the owners smoke. They should probably give it up after 39 years and go out with somegood left. Read more

I ordered a Gyro plater - the tomatoes were soured and rotten the taziki sauce had gone sour. The penne in pasta sauce was no... way a healthy portion and the sauce tasted like it came from a jar The Greek salad has very watery feta cheese and again rottentomatoes. I called the owner who went on to tell me that taziki sauce should taste that way. I am a huge fan of Mediterraneanfood and this is not my first time having taziki the milk product had clearly spoiled. DO NOT GO HERE! Read more
This is one of those "hidden gems" that we locals use to show off to visitors. The food is, without exception, outstanding. My... personal favorites are the pizza (which is fired in a brick oven within sight of the dining room) and the gyro platter. TheGreek salad features a house-made dressing that is the best I've ever had! On top of the magnificent food, you are cared for bya staff that operates with a smooth, friendly casualness that is a great comfort when you want to relax. The restaurant isespecially good for quiet date nights or for families. When you realize that chains just aren't doing it for you and you wantan exceptional meal, please give Acropolis a try!
