Do not recommend for cakes. I ordered a "6" Tall Piñata" cake for my daughter's birthday. I expected a cake that was around 6... inches tall and I don't see how anyone could possibly interpret that height description any other way. The cake I receivedwasn't even 4 inches tall. I called to see if there was some mistake and they insisted that "this is how the cakes are made" This is blatant false advertising. I drastically overpaid for a 4" tall cake. I'm not an ice cream person but if I do crave it, it's either Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough or Oreo Cookies and Cream ice cream... for me. This time, I was craving a milkshake and since I was in the area, I decided that I had to stop by. After ordering anOreo Cookies and Cream milkshake, I thought I'd look at the cakes in their freezer. I spotted my favorite cake that always meansa special occasion, usually my birthday dessert to myself. It's a 6-8 serving vanilla cake with Oreo Cookies and Cream icecream. Who buys a 6-8 serving Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake for themselves, you may ask. . . I do! The nice guy working was sopleasant and made my shake quickly but I still had time to grab the cake! Called to see what kind of ice cream pies were available, was told by a male employee that they don?t make it without a 24 hour... order request. Strange that I called the same store in Pearl Kai the previous Saturday and was told by a female that they hadseveral ready made No mention was made of a 24 hour notice order was needed. Friendly sevice and wide selection of ice cream. They also always have vanilla macadamia nut all year round which no other... location we have been to has. It was the day after Christmas so staff was light and a couple of flavors were out but we havealways found this place to be really good. Parking is tough because they are in a very busy shopping complex. Read more
