Customer service was beyond lousy. Both sandwiches were made wrong, possibly due to the man talking to his mother on the store... phone. The rudeness wasn't passed on when they sandwiches were not cut through. When ask to cut the sandwiches the man said"pull it apart now take this, throwing the sandwich at me, and get out of here". My daughter and I were going to get dinner here tonight and were heading to the bathroom before we ordered. The gentleman behind... the counter told us we couldn't use their restroom. Let's just say, we will not be back here again. Poor customer service inthis establishment. Read more

Encountered a few issues with the employee but the sandwich was good. They wouldn't accept their own coupons or give change.
I really like subway. It has a healthier menu, but the the one located in the old shopping center by McDonald's in Ahoskie needs... some improvements. Food was okay other than part of bread was hard as a brick & the lack of meat. Since they started weighingthe meat, the sandwiches are really not worth it. Today the person weighed the chicked, after putting some back she put it onthe bread. (Leaving some on the paper that she threw away) It didn't even cover half of the 6in. Spread it out and still notenough to cover the bread. I was not even tempting to pay for more meat. Then the lack of customer service. I mean a smile, anda hi goes a long way. Read more
My Baby works there and she likes her job, the food is always fresh and good.
First sub in a year. The service attendents got the orders messed up, asked for the baja steak sub as advertised but got one... with different sauces. Had to wait3-4 minutes for them to come up front to the counter. Read more
