Chicken was dry as sawdust, our order was very wrong, the kids running the front took the order down wrong. Food took like 10... minutes to get with no line, other people were served before us. And to cap it off they gave us all spicy sandwiches when no oneasked for spicy sandwiches. I love bojangles but this specific store needs work. Read more

The food is amazing! I called and asked what time they closed and the manager replied with ?12:00? so I placed a doordash order... at 10:00 and when my dasher got there around 10:30 the manager said she wouldn?t give him the food because they?re closed! I wasso embarrassed and I constantly apologize to my dasher for wasting his time and I apologize to myself for believing anythingthese fast food workers say. Food is always pretty good. The drive-through line is almost always wrapped around the building, but they handle it fairly... well. I started on the exact opposite side of the building from the actual pick-up window last weekend, and it took me 10minutes to be on my way with my food. First time visiting a Bojangles, and it was smashing. Service was helpful and kind, the toilets were clean, and the food was of... course delicious. I had the boneless with a biscuit, and that hit the spot. I?d recommend the honey mustard, though you reallycan?t go wrong with any sauce here. They had outdoor seating, too, which I loved on the balmy October day which I was there on. Would highly recommend eating here, cheers. Read more
Being from the south, Bojangles feels like home. The menu is southern comfort food. The biscuits were perfect. The chicken is... everything you'd hope for. The sweet tea was just right. The service felt like I was at Grandma's house. The restaurant itselfand the restrooms were clean. Read more
