I've been coming to Fired Up Nutrition for years now and will never stop. Not only are the teas and shakes DELICIOUS, but... they're also good for you; so it's a win/win! Rebecca, the owner, is very knowledgeable in her products and knows exactly whatshe is serving her customers-down to the exact macro; unlike other nearby shops where you get an "idea of what might be inthere" and hope for the best. If you're someone who needs a specific diet (sugar free, gluten free, low sugar, high protein,etc.) she is here to help! Rebecca is very friendly when you walk in the door, saying hello to all that come in. She knows all about 1st Phorm's... nutritional facts and how it breaks down and into all her tea and drinks. Not only is she smart but she is also creative withher drinks. She will make sure to get the flavor to perfection before putting it on her menu. From creating the teas to namingthe teas. Great customer service. Shakes are inventive and creative. All the shakes I had taste amazing. They just partnered with 1st... Phorm which makes it a lot better than the previous protein they used with Herbalife. This place is awesome. Read more

I realize everyone has their own unique experience and I do not write reviews often but sometimes you need to hear the bad... experiences to improve. I had never been here before. I always vidit ones local to me like uplift or fun so they are what I amused to. Upon arriving I asked the nutritional value (calories) for the larger size 32 oz. because it was not listed anywhere.The woman said she had no idea she would have to compute the macros. I think if you own a "nutritional" storefront this is veryimportant for customers to know what they are consuming. Afterall that is WHY we are there and not at McDonald's. I ordered thebanana bread and seen that the powder she grabbed said "cinnamon toast crunch" so i asked if she was making me the right thing?Again, the same look and she was very short. I instantly felt like I had already made a mistake coming there. The shake tastednothing like banana bread. It was very bitter and very cinnamon toast crunch. Barely could get 1/2 down. Very unfriendly serviceand not impressed with what I paid for. Service with a smile goes a much longer way. Read more
