They didn't put anything on my pizza, as well as playing games in the back ignoring all the customers waiting out front
I usually get delivery and 99% of the time, it?s great. If I ever have an issue, it?s always quickly resolved. Food is delivered... hot, and I get what I expect from a chain pizza restaurant. The people who work at the store and deliver are always great, nocomplaints. Read more
Ordered pizza. After an hour and no pizza I had my aunt call for me because I am very sick and have lost my voice. She talked to... the manager and she was very hateful! She said I can cancel the order if you want me to all smart assy like and said you dorealize we are dealing with snow and bad roads don't you. Yes I do that is why I left a large tip. I try not to order from thisplace often anymore because every time I do they don?t make the pizzas well. Places with no sauce and cheese you can tell it?svery rushed. I do believe this will be the last time I order from this dominoes and if you are looking to order I would orderelsewhere. If they cannot operate because of the roads they should not be open in my opinion or have stated so before I placedmy order. Read more
Glad I can get good gluten free pizza, but we ordered spinach & feta breadsticks, not jalapeno and bacon. ????
If I provided this poor of service, I'd try to clear all of my reviews too. Consistently takes extremely long to deliver even... less than a mile from the store. I've even gotten calls telling me my delivery was canceled because they couldn't deliver. It'svery hit or miss. Read more
Every time I order here there?s a problem. I ordered a pizza at 8:26pm for carryout on a Monday night , and my tracker told me... it would be ready between 8:35-8:45pm. When I get there to pick it up at 9:00 I am told that it needs a few more minutes whichwas weird because it had already been 40mins. I see them looking around which leads me to believe that they forgot about myorder, or put it in way later than my order time. So they tell me they will bring it to my car. Someone brings my pizza to mycar about 10 mins later, and when I get home to eat it, it?s not cooked all the way. At this point I?m just not gonna order fromthem again. Too many problems. Read more
I've ordered from this Domino's a fair bit, had a missed topping here or there and it's always been resolved quickly and kindly.... Mistakes happen, i'm not unreasonable. Tonight, I decided to use my free pizza I had left and order dinner in. I added a coupletoppings and such, and because I didn't really feel like writing in a tip I simply added the tip they allow for cards (20%). Ithink the tip was around 1.17, lower than I usually tip, but this Domino's is .3 miles from me. It's right up the street. I can*walk* there in 15 minutes or less. I usually tip two bucks or so for such a short delivery. I took the pizza from the deliveryguy, sat it down in my kitchen, opened the box and this is what I was greeted with. I live in a high-end retirement area.There's no potholes. All these streets are pretty new, and again, it's .3 miles away. I was at a loss and pretty angry. So Icalled and asked to speak to a manager. He seemed completely uncaring to the whole issue. He explained to me that if I wanted tobring the pizza back, he'd make me a new one. Excuse me? It's not my responsibility to fix this mistake. Finally, he agreed tohave his drivers pick it up, but really? This is how you conduct business? Fighting with me over even picking it up? Theycould pick it up when they delivered the new one! This is unacceptable customer service. Disgusted. I don't even like PapaJohn's, but apparently they're gaining my business. I wish we had a single pizza place worth a damn that delivered. UPDATE:After waiting an hour for this driver, I called back and was informed not only was that a lie and they weren't sending a driverto pick this pizza up, they weren't making a new one unless I came to get it and now I have an ice cold pizza I do not evenwant. Pizza isn't made correctly or I'm given someone else's pizza. Takes 5 minutes for carside delivery and then they don't honor the... free pizza given. Read more
