Great fast food! Service is fast, and my order is usually correct. There are occasional errors, but they are never atrocious.... The two line system works well, and the walk-up ordering is also nice. Most employees are kind as well, although I have had themget a bit snippy in the past when I was using coupons. (Which I fully understand, it can be pretty annoying.) Read more
The new ordering (well new to me), was the automated computer voice. I even ordered my burger without lettuce and it was done... correctly. Love their French fries. The apple pies were 2 for $1 and now I am addicted to them. Read more
I wanted to share my visit, although I've been stopping by for a few years. It looked like a manager was training a new employee... and the kid was pretty nervous (this was the walk up window). Not once did the manager raise their voice and he took time toexplain the right way to do things. You earned my business with the food, but the 5 stars are from your employees. It's alwaysbeen a good experience with this place and I'm always glad to see them open. Read more
Was able to order a custom all American Burger with the kaiser bun which was awesome because I was worried I wouldn't be able to... customize it with a different bun. The only down side was that I ordered 8 tenders with sauce and got NO sauce. Thankfullyalready had honey mustard and barbecue at home and the tenders were a little grisly. I came to Rally's tonight to get the #6 combo and they parked me. I get home to realize I only got the tenders and not the fries... after being charged. If I could I'd post my bag and receipt. Read more
Every fast food employee should have to come here to learn the right way to build a sandwich! Great burgers and fries at the... best price. Very friendly staff. How Rally's has not supplanted Burger King and Wendy's as second most popular burger joint isbeyond me. Read more
Nice staff, burgers were OK, fries were good. Of the two burgers we ordered one of them was made incorrectly and we had to ask... for it to be redone (since we walked up to order and we're eating at the outdoor tables it was an easy and quick fix - wouldhave need a more time consuming and annoying problem if we had driven through and needed to return).
