On 2 separate times I ordered my standard 15 piece wings, flat pieces, mild sauce and 2 Blue Cheese dressings. When I checked my... order, 2 Ranch dressings were included with the order. When I called these clowns, I inquired on 2 separate occasions whetherthey had blue cheese dressing. I was assured they did. I also requested extra napkinso yet NONE were included. The last timethey lied to me when they said they had blue cheese dressing when all they had was Ranch. If I had known that I would havecanceled the order. When I called to inquire, ?we?re closed? was the response. No matter, replace the dressing.I was told Iwould have to wait. I called @ approx 9:58 pm, it?s 11:05pm. Still WAITING!!!!!!!!! I take back my review. Only the worst of the original team is left and I asked for the information of the owner to speak to them... about their terrible customer service and I was yelled at + insulted by the manager an old short woman possibly in early 50s.They have messed up my orders repeatedly after giving them thousands of dollars in the course of five years for individual andfamily orders. My family ordered a large meal from this place. We ordered 3 Deluxe Steak and Cheese subs that were mediocre at best. They had... little to any steak, it was practically a bread sandwich. They should not call these "deluxe" at all and forgot severalingredients that we asked for on the side. I don't know what the issue was here but I recommend to NOT order a sub from them.The total amount of our order, excluding other items, was $71 to be ripped off in the end. What a shame. Read more
