This review is not a reflection of the employees... I stopped in because I received coupons in the mail and was doing some work... in the area. When I arrived at the store, I started my order, and then found a sign stating "We are refusing coupons due torising food costs"... Immediately stopped my order and walked out. Subway is running a scam that has been documentedthoroughly, by sending you coupons in the mail to get you in the store where each franchise can reserve the right to declinecoupons. That is the SCAM! I hope people recognize shady business tactics like this and stop spending their hard earned moneywith this company. Big businesses like this need to be shut down for trying to manipulate the general public. To the employees,I apologize for writing this as it's not a reflection of your customer service locally. There are alot of employers hiringoffering far better wages and benefits, you don't have to work for scammers. Everyone is dying for more employees right now. Read more
I always order ahead with the app. Subways app is way better than some of them, super easy to use and convenient. My order is... always done ahead of schedule and correctly made. Very good place. Read more
Some of the workers make the sandwiches good while others love salt and pepper way too much. Managers should maybe take a better... look at their new hires work. Read more
Its a shame. Most of their staff is very courteous, but todays experience was horrible. One woman, ruined this place for me. I... asked to sub a meat. I was fine with an up charge. Out of nowhere, she screams out, that if I want that I?ll have to pay for anadditional extra meat, including one that came on the sandwich I was ordering. I asked why, and she responded with ?because Isaid?. She was rude throughout. I gave them a $20 tip for HER making a scene - as it wasn?t the other workers fault, and thatupset her. I?ll never come here again. It?s worth the drive to Waukee to avoid her. It?s sad when one bad apple can ruin thebunch. Read more
