This was supposed to be the best chicken fingers BUT... not even close...lol They were VERY greasy and not at all crispy. The... other issue was the amount of tendons in the tenders. There was no effort to remove them. The sauces were either too sweet ortoo spicy.. no in between. The fries were good though and the Texas toast was ok. I will not likely return or recommend. I really wanted a good chicken sandwich, so we selected this place (based on tv ads, billboard photos and previous experience at... a different location) to stop for dinner when traveling from TN to Florida. Well, we should have gone SOMEWHERE ELSE. This wasa terrible experience. We waited over 30 minutes for our food. The cashier seemed like she could care less about anycustomers. One of the workers in the kitchen finally looked up and saw us still standing and waiting and she asked, "have youbeen helped." I said "Yes, we ordered a long time ago. It was just a Signature Sandwich and a Chicken Finger's Snack withfries. She looked around and then told us they were waiting on the fries. (This is after 20+ minutes of waiting.) There wereno napkins in the drink/condiments station, and the whole place just felt "dirty." We used the restrooms, and they were notvery clean. There were cats (I love cats...but felt sorry for these) just sitting in parking spaces, and when I asked (duringour long wait) if they knew about the cats, the cashier said, yeah, we don't know what's going on with that." Our food wasplaced in the window and she took her time getting it and bringing to us. It smelled and tasted like old grease, and mysandwich was not hot at all. It was so hard on one side, that I could not even bite it. The bread also had a "funny"taste...like "first aid cream." I kept apologizing to my husband for stopping at this Zaxby's in Adele. We could have goneANYWHERE that would have been better than this. It was greatly disappointing, and really set up behind in our travel schedule,since we ordered our food "to go" so we could keep moving along. This location had several issues when we stopped for lunch. The woman?s bathroom had a broken and messy soap dispenser, the... men?s urinal was out of order, they were out of ketchup, it took 22 minutes to get our food, one of the female employees wassassy and disrespectful, the freestyle Coke machine was out of most of the sodas, and the ice machine was having issues. Thismay have been an off day for this location but it wasn?t a good first impression. The only good thing was the food. It waspretty good with the exception of slightly undercooked fries but that?s not a huge deal. Read more

Went there and got 2 meals. There was no seasoning on the fries wings was cold on the Inside and they gave us unsweet tea... instead of sweet like I asked, and they left out the toast. Very bad quality. Would not recommend. Read more

The good was great. Service was slow and customer service was awful. The cashier was so uncomfortably hot she was fanning... herself with one hand and taking orders with the other hand. The dining room was not clean and the AC was either broke ordidn't work well because everyone was miserably hot. They did a fantastic job on the food, that is why I'm giving 3 stars.
