Easily my favorite restaurant. I love the Tsukamen which is a traditional dipping noodle. The broth is full of flavor and more... than enough noodles. Great environment and service is amazing. My first time at Ramen Hakata and was not disappointed. This Japanese diner has an extensive menu from tofu to seafood.
