Moved back to Dallas this year. Been away for 7. No potbelly in the states I moved to. Soooo happy to be back. Potbelly over... exceeds my expectations. Friendly everytime I walk in. I finally ordered a chocolate shake to try. Would have been 1st time withthem. Unfortunately when I went to pick up order, they were out of milk. So no review on shake's yet. Tuna sandwich is myfavorite. Will update again when, and if I get my refund from the no milk night. Lol Please go try them . Great experience Read more

I love potbelly. It's always so good but this time, the guy who was putting on the veggies had total apathy about what he was... doing. He barely put any of the toppings on there. I got a tiny bit of lettuce and didn't even add all the other toppings Iasked for. I love potbelly but I'll be finding a different location if you can't take another minute to properly put thetoppings on there instead of trying to get it out of your hands as fast as possible Read more

1:35 pm. I come here all the time. So I'm upset that this experience was enough for me to leave a review.. couldn't hear the... cashier well due to muffled speech. At the end I believe she told me to reprocess the card. I tried to clarify if that's whatshe wanted me to do.. she said nevermind.probably cuz it was her mistake, then insulted me and called me deaf... at least thatwas loud enough to hear.after I left,I confirmed my transaction went through. REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE! I?m just giving one star because the food is good but, the customer service is bad. I ordered, then... had to repeat my entire order to the staff and they still kept getting my order wrong. The lady who takes orders during lunch isvery unfriendly, and the guy who puts the veggies for some reason wasn?t wearing gloves. The way she treated me might havesomething to do with the way I speak English because I have a slight Mexican accent. Read more

I really want to give a shout out to Lisa for her AWESOME customer service! This was my first time here and I have dietary... restrictions so I had a lot of questions. I am very apologetic for making things "complicated" sometimes and needing to knowwhat ingredients are in things like soups and salad dressings. She was sooo incredibly gracious and I was very touched when shesaid, no need to apologize, take your time and let me know if you have questions. She even took the initiative to wash her handsand put on clean gloves while waiting for me to order. Truly, this means a lot!! It is difficult having restrictions,frustrating that I can't eat what everyone else can, and not fun to interrogate employees, but I'm a professional sales personwho has one on one lunch meetings and would like to enjoy getting to eat out and not tote my own food everywhere I go. I reallyjust praise her for having a great attitude and going above and beyond for me!! I will definitely be coming here again! THANKYOU LISA & POTBELLY for a wonderful customer experience.
