Walked in the to go door waiting to be acknowledged by 2 workers at the front doing nothing customer related and a worker on the... back packing an order. Then 3 other women walk in after me. they ask how can I help you? I immediately walked out. TheyOBVIOUSLY don't need the money so I gave it to another restaurant who knows how to provide basic customer service. It's too muchfor this restaurant to handle. Won't be back again. Read more
I will be honest... I really have never had a bad experience at Jason's Deli! However, this location is not upholding the... traditional Jason's Deli food or service. The food tastes old. Chili is way too salty, the new green chili potato salad is blandand way way dry (have water on standby)! Probably the worst potato salad, I have ever had. Further, I ordered an egg for mysandwich - It was not on there. I ordered the new chicken and rice soup and received potato soup... Overall, not happy and Iwon't be returning to this location. Currently dinning in as I write this. I use to eat here frequently but this will be my last time coming to this location. The... quality of the food and service has definitely took a nosedive. I asked the staff several times to put out fresh food at thesalad bar because a lot of items were super low. They would not do so. Very disappointing experience! Read more

This Jason's has really gone down hill.. The manager she said her name was Tina was very rude and on her phone the people that... worked there did not speak English and thought it was funny. The salad bar was horrible and not clean and my husband's sandwichwas gross. My soup was burnt and you could tell it had been sitting a long time and I ask for fresh soup and the guy said theydon't have any and laughs about it! Never ever will be back. Read more
Terrible service. I placed an order through Jason Deli's app and showed up when the app said my order would be ready. I walk in... and the order pickup area was incredibly crowded and chaotic. I went to the counter to grab my order and the guy helping me saidit would be just a few minutes. I waited half an hour and finally went back up to the counter to check the status of my chickenclub sandwich (the entirety of my order). The girl that helped me this time was scrambling trying to figure out where my orderwas. Turns out my sandwich had been ready for at least 20 minutes, they just left it sitting in the preparation area rather thanputting it in the area where people grab the to-go orders. Whoever manages this store should find a new line of work. The staffall seemed incredibly unorganized and untrained. They were all very nice and polite, but that doesn't compensate for the lack ofservice. During the 30 minutes I was waiting I watched as the staff operated in a constant state of chaos. They charged me an extra $2.19 for chips n salsa, whenever I use to order from here the chips and salsa was always free. And I... only got a half of a sandwich. Jason's has been a "go-to" for a couple of decades. Since the pandemic and restart, not so much. Today (11/2/2022) was close... to the last straw. My receipt shows I placed my order at 11:46am. At 12:13pm, I still didn't have any food. I had to approachthe staging counter to inquire and nobody could communicate in my native tongue. A "manager" had to be called over tocommunicate. His indifference was challenging at best. No "sorry". no apology. Just "what did you have?" ...nothingelse...just a couple of ladles of soup into a bowl after almost 30 minutes. To top it off, the soup was tepid...not even warm. It was stone cold after the 3rd bite. This holding temperature was such an issue to me that I called the Addison TXenvironmental health office to request an inspection of the restaurant with a focus on food handling and holding temperatures. There are limited deli choices in this area...Jason's is rapidly becoming one to avoid. Read more
